Event creation is my art and like Bernie Sanders I actually care about our communities and ecosystems. I have a deep love for our plant and animal friends and the interwoven ecosystems that we are all a part of. I am called to protect our ecosystems and have committed this life to doing just that. Through eco-conscious events, through volunteering my time as an environmental activist, through professional ecosystem protection work, I spend my working hours speaking for the tree, bird, and bug beings.
My self-care practices to name a few include yoga, nature mediation, and gardening. My free time is spent adventuring in the wilds and less traveled nature nooks to connect and recharge with Mother Nature.
I'm a queer animist musician, social entrepreneur, digital designer, and founder/director of Cascadia Folk Choir. I am passionately tending to the incredibly generative intersections of music, community organization, event production, and rich relationship with our ecosystems. Guided by principles grounded in postactivism, systems thinking, & relational ecology, I utilize a wide array of artistic & professional skills in service of creative initiatives that cultivate resilient communities and tend to the cracks of our times.
I thoroughly enjoy taking leisurely walks through old growth forests, my daily yoga practice, making music, websites, and graphic designs, eye-gazing with moss, and I absolutely LOVE losing myself on the dance floor. Maybe I'll see you there <3
